Learning yoga in a private environment is a great way to introduce yourself to the practice. At Nirvana Yoga I offer private sessions for beginners, keen yogis, and everyone in between.

When you're recovering from injury it can also be a great way to focus solely on your body, developing routines specific to your pain or injury, learning how to move safely, and developing a new way to listen to your body.

Private classes can also be great for deepening your practice. Yoga is an almost endless topic, touching us at our core as we ease our emotional body, and surrounding us daily with our external experience. 

A 75 minute session costs £40, and a block of four is £120. Working privately with two people is £50 and £150 respectively.
